TG The Gym Los Angeles opened in Huntington Park to bring a serious, accessible gym to Southeast Los Angeles — serving members from South Gate, Bell, Maywood, Huntington Park, and the surrounding communities. We built the kind of gym we would want to train in: real equipment, real recovery, and a culture that welcomes everyone from the first-timer finding their footing to the competitive athlete chasing a personal record.
You do not have to already be in shape to train here. You just have to be ready to work.
TGLA is a full-service strength and conditioning gym built for every type of athlete.

Independent certified personal trainers work inside TGLA. Specialties vary across strength, bodybuilding, conditioning, and powerlifting. Both the client and trainer must be active TGLA members. Contact us to be connected with available trainers whose background matches your goal.
The TG Wellbeing recovery suite is available as an add-on for active TGLA members. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression recovery, massage chairs, massage beds, and massage gun access. $59.95/month. Because recovery is part of training, not optional.
